Senior Architect

KY International seeks a staff level Project Manager to join its team.  Projects focus on a variety of commerical and residetianl types, including large to medium size commercial urban mixed use centers, retail shopping malls, residential developments, office developments, hotel developments and resorts. We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to work on both design and documentation.

 

responsiblites

  • Works closely with senior staff supporting design and technical tasks

  • Assists with design document preparation

  • Revises drawings and renderings

  • Conducts research for the project team

  • Performs calculations and basic analytical tasks

 

requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related design field

  • Master's degree preferred

  • 0-3 years of Interior Design or Interior Architecture experience on relevant retail project types

  • Maintains effective communication with project team members

  • Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships

  • Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, StetchUp, Rhino and the Adobe suite of programs

  • Submit portfolio with application

Design Intern

We are seeking a motivated Architectural Intern to work collaboratively in a team environment, performing design and technical production of documents in Revit through all phases of architecture. This role includes coordinating with the project team, clients, and regulatory agencies.
